Anthology of Winning Works from the 1st Kim Hak-cheol Literary Award, 2026

The Kim Hak-cheol Literary Award, established in 2026 to honor the spirit of Kim Hak-cheol (1916–2001), a veteran of the anti-Japanese armed struggle and a writer, was launched in 2026. Organized by the School of the History of the Anti-Japanese Armed Struggle (Principal Bang Hyun-seok), the award brings together like-minded individuals to recognize the writer who most brilliantly carries on the spirit of the Korean language. It is a purely reader-sponsored literary award, funded each month by small contributions from 100 readers who have participated in the “Beomdo Route” initiative.
